Our Bucket List

Why is it important to have a bucket list?

Before we answer this question…. Let’s define what a bucket list really is. We could wax philisophical here, but we will put it quite simply….. A bucket list is a list of things you would like to accomplish before death.  

We feel like it is very important to have a bucket list….

The act of thinking about, creating and actually writing down those things you would like to accomplish, or places you would like to visit, or even people you would like to meet and discuss ideas with, forces one to think about and set goals, as well as put plans in place to actually reach those goals. For those serious about accomplishing bucket list items; it exercises the mind. (forces a mental exercise so to speak). This could cascade into several things. One may begin a regimen of physical activity and/or make life changes to financially accomodate being able to achieve items on their bucket list. 

The beauty of a bucket list is that it is 100% personal. Your items may be small and easily crossed off, or they could require major planning and years to accomplish. Your list can evolve and change as often as you want. 

Bucket lists aren’t magical documents that provide mythical powers to do abnormal feats, but rather reminders of what’s out there waiting for you to figure a way to make them happen.
